Booking Policy

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to schedule all appointments. The deposit will be credited towards your service.

If rescheduling, the new appointment must be scheduled within 5 business days. 48 hour notice is still required for rescheduling. You may reschedule an appointment ONE TIME per deposit.

If canceling with less than 48 hours notices becomes common we will no longer accommodate you.

Late Policy

There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments.

After 10 minutes your appointment is CANCELED and you forfeit your deposit.

If you are late to your appointment, we will only have the remaining scheduled time available to complete your service. PLEASE BE ON TIME so we can utilize all our time to provide you with an adequate and relaxing treatment.

Rescheduling Policy

All appointments MUST be rescheduled through this website at least 48 hours before your appointment time. To do so you must become a member of the website using the same information provided when scheduling your appointment. Once logged in you may access your current appointment through the menu and alter to a more desirable date/time.

Cancellation/No Show

We require at least 48 hour notice for canceling and/or rescheduling appointments.

IF YOU NO CALL/ NO SHOW your appointment is automatically canceled, your deposit forfeited and you will no longer be serviced at Lauren Pickard SKIN.

THESE POLICES ARE IN PLACE TO BE FAIR TO ALL PARTIES INVOLVED REGARDLESS OF SITUATIONS. PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID NON-REFUNDABLE FEES.
